Food safety is the core of the company. Our team controls and supervises all stages of our production cycle. We constantly run microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses on all raw materials before and after the end of the production, as well as many checks on working surfaces and equipment. Our IFS - BRC – BRC Gluten Free certifications also demonstrate the high standards we achieved for the control of safety and quality, in compliance with food industry standards.
